Absolutely. Please note that the booking fee is refundable on certain conditions. We understand flexibility is important, so we offer a refundable booking fee option. Here’s how it works:

• 100% refundable if canceled before 7 days of reservation date. 
• 50% refundable if canceled within 7 days of reservation date. 
• 25% refundable if canceled within 3 days of reservation date. 
• 0% refundable if canceled within 48 hours of reservation, as we've already dedicated time to coordinate your reservation.

However, if you choose a non-refundable price (usually cheaper than the refundable price) the booking fee is also non-refundable.

Yes, to take advantage of these exclusive perks and discounts, bookings must be for a minimum of 3 nights.

Once you are satisfied with your quote, you will pay the booking fee. Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email from Palace Resorts to finalize your reservation.

Rates vary day by day. The secured resort payment link will expire at 11:00 PM Central Time, so make sure to complete all payments before then to lock in your exclusive rate.

Yes. The only limitation is the number of rooms that we can reserve is subject to resort availability.

Unfortunately not. When booking through HapiKo, full payment is due when the reservation is made.
